Mark Jones
CEO
With over 18 years of experience in the freight and parcel industry, Mark began his career in freight forwarding, selling road, sea, and air services for several global freight forwarders. In 2005, he transitioned into the parcel sector, joining one of the UK’s first multi-carrier parcel management companies, where he played a pivotal role in expanding the business from a £1 million turnover to £50 million.
In 2017, Mark co-founded AGL, aiming to deliver an exceptional end-to-end supply chain service with a first class customer experience. Under his leadership, AGL has enhanced its delivery solutions and established itself as a key player within the multi-carrier technology sector.

Matt Day
COO
With a background in logistics since 2003, Matt began in customer service before progressing into sales and account management, gaining comprehensive experience across various aspects of logistics. Matt was also a founding member of the UK’s first multi-parcel management company.
In 2017, Matt co-founded AGL to introduce a unique and innovative approach to the UK logistics market. At AGL, he oversees supply chain management operations, business development strategy and multi-carrier parcel management.
