Customer Experience Advisor

The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Experience Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyse customer needs will be crucial in enhancing their experience with our brand. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry into our systems.
  • Analyse customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Stay informed about product updates and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

About You

  • Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations and provide effective solutions.
  • Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude with a passion for helping others and enhancing the customer experience.
