We’re delighted to welcome Caroline as New Business Manager. Here’s a quick Q and A with the latest addition to Team AGL.
Can you tell me a little about your experience before joining AGL?
I’ve always had a strong background in sales across both products and services. I actually started working at 15 in a small store in Windsor, which gave me my first taste of customer service and sales. From there, I moved into retail in the beauty and drinks industry, doing promotional work at Heathrow Airport. This taught me a lot about high-footfall environments and building quick connections with people.
Around eight years ago, I moved into logistics by joining DHL Express, where I really developed my commercial and consultative skills while supporting a wide variety of businesses.
Now, at Agile Global Logistics, I’m combining everything I’ve learned to help eCommerce brands scale smarter through innovative delivery solutions.
What attracted you to AGL?
What really attracted me to AGL was how agile and innovative the company felt from the very start. It came across as refreshingly modern, both in terms of its tech offering and its culture.
I was excited by the opportunity to work with such a wide variety of eCommerce and logistics businesses and support them in a more flexible, tailored way. The pace, the people and the potential to make a real impact really stood out to me.
How do you find the culture at AGL?
AGL has been incredibly welcoming and collaborative from day one. All the staff are genuinely supportive and passionate about what they do, which creates a really energising and encouraging environment.
There’s a real team spirit, people are open, ideas are encouraged and listened to, and no one is afraid to challenge the norm if it means doing things better. It can be fast-paced, but there’s always time for a laugh and to help each other out. It’s the kind of place where you feel valued and motivated to do your best.
What have you found that’s a little quirky or different about AGL?
One quirky thing I’ve noticed about AGL is how refreshingly un-corporate it feels, in the best way! There’s a genuine sense of personality across the business, with plenty of humour and banter that make the fast pace enjoyable.
What’s really different, though, is how open the culture is to new ideas. No matter your role or how long you’ve been here, your input is genuinely listened to. It makes you feel like you’re helping shape something, not just working in it and that’s a great feeling.
What do you do in your spare time?
I like to keep active, I’m really into hot yoga. I also love trying out new foodie spots and restaurants whenever I can.
Having two children definitely keeps me on my toes, so a lot of my free time is spent with family and friends, which I absolutely love. Whether it’s a day out, a chilled evening, or a walk in the park, that balance between busy and relaxed is really important to me.

Do you have a fun fact about yourself?
I moved to the UK when I was 14, without knowing a word of English! Learning it fluently has been one of my biggest personal achievements, and something I’m really proud of. Being bilingual comes in handy more often than you’d think!
On a slightly less serious note, I can stand on my head! Yoga helps… but it still surprises people every time.
